11 Dyehouse factory - Energy Study Report
Target Date : 2022
Actions: Production volume in the Dyehouse factory’s dyeing and finishing activities increased,
and energy consultancy services were initiated in order to monitor and reduce energy consump-
tion in a healthy way. Following the visits, an energy audit report was prepared with an energy
manager at our factory. In 2023, it is planned to employ a full-time Energy Manager at our Dye-
house Factory.

12 Dyehouse factory - Scada System
Target Date : 2022
Actions: In order to increase the traceability of electricity, water, and natural gas consumed du-
ring production activities in the paint factory, all machines were made compatible with the Scada
system in the report year. All consumption is monitored with an online monitoring screen.

13 Dyehouse factory - Hot Water Line
Target Date : 2022
Actions: The hot water line from the filter of one of the RAM machines identified in the dyehouse
factory was connected to the heat recovery system.
