Actions: The number of cycles of the air conditioners in the Spinning factory was reduced to one,
resulting in less energy consumption and maximum efficiency.

Actions: In line with the suggestions of our employees, a project to save water during the dyeing
process was proposed, developed, and implemented.

• 40% electricity savings

18 Dyehouse Factory - Improvement of Dyeing (Acetate Work)

Target Date : 2023

Actions: As a result of the laboratory and sample studies to be carried out, we aim to reduce the
double dye baths to one and increase the fastness of the acetate blended fabrics that are pro-
cessed in the dyeing process in our Dyehouse factory.

• 30% electricity savings
• 40% natural gas savings
• 42% water savings

19 Dyehouse Factory - Natural Gas Boiler Pressure Adjustment

Target Date : 2023
Actions: Natural gas is actively used during production in the Dyehouse factory. As a result of
steam boiler pressure improvements and pressure adjustments, we aim to save natural gas.
