21 Reverse Osmosis System
Target Date : 2022
Targets and Actions: The use of a reverse osmosis unit in the steam boiler of the Dyehouse factory
prevents the accumulation of solids and crystals in the water and preserves the heat in the boiler.
Approximately 10 m3/day of water is recovered at the Dyehouse factory.
In 2020, a reverse osmosis unit started to be used in the Spinning factory during the treatment of
water in the treatment unit. The suggestion of the month by our employees was that 50% of the
water used in the reverse osmosis unit could not be treated, and that 50% of the untreated water
should be reused by giving it to the reverse osmosis unit. This proposed project was commissioned
in 2022, saving 25 m3/day of water.

22 Dyehouse Factory - New Machinery Investments
Target Date : 2022
Actions: 3 water jets in the Dyehouse factory were replaced with air jets that consume less water
and added to the machine park.

23 Dyehouse Factory - RAM Water Recovery
Target Date : 2023
Actions: Our aim is to reuse the foulard water generated as a result of the operation of the foulard
cylinder used in finishing and dyeing processes in production processes. It is planned to start wor-
king on the reuse of the pile that passes from the processed fabric into the water by separating it
from the scarf water.

24 Dyehouse Factory - Use of Wet Opening Water
Target Date : 2023
Actions: Our aim is to include the water generated during the wet opening process in the Dyehou-
se factory production line into the production. It is planned to start project studies for water
recovery to be realized by installing a filter - sieve system that allows the cleaning of fabric pile in
the water.
