OUR TAX

APPROACH

Gülipek Tekstil has been submitting its financial reports and required
declarations to the relevant institutions on time and regularly since its
establishment. By rapidly adapting to changes in laws, regulations,
and communiqués, our company conducts continuous and prior-
itized improvement activities.

There are no lawsuits filed or being
investigated against the Company or Tax paid in 2022
any potential lawsuits that may affect 15.813.424,13 ₺
the financial status of the Company.
To date, there have been no disagree-
ments with either public or private SSI paid in 2022
stakeholders, and there are no issues 10.125.637,46 ₺
that are likely to result in disputes
with our suppliers or customers.

In accordance with our transparency
and clarity policies, we believe we
share common interests with our
stakeholders, and we regard Gülipek
Tekstil as a public ship. We believe
that when we fulfill our obligations on
time and correctly, our ship will reach
its destination in peace and safety.
