Not Extinction!
The Sunda tiger is classified as a “critically
endangered” species on the IUCN Red
List, with a total of about 350 remaining
worldwide. Climate change and
deforestation have reduced the habitat and
population of this species, like they have for
all living things.
Therefore, we devote our 2022 Sustainability Report to the
Sunda tiger in order to raise awareness and support con-
servation efforts for this critically endangered animal.
The Sunda tiger, with its characteristic stripes like
Gülipek Tekstil, represents not only its own species,
but also the forest ecology and the destiny of our
planet. The fight against climate change, forest con-
servation, and sustainability efforts play a vital role in
protecting this precious living and natural habitat.
