At the dyeing factory in 2021;
• With a total of 18,760 tons of waste recycled;

• 46.9 m2 of storage space was saved,
• 2,969.9 tons of CO2e carbon dioxide emissions prevented,
• 240.99 trees were prevented from being cut down,
• 80,649.34 kWh of energy was saved,
• 11,942.03 L Petroleum use prevented,

• Renewable energy was introduced.
• Project approval was given for the reuse of wastewater in production.
• An Energy Audit Report was prepared, and new topics were identified for energy-saving efforts.
• With Uludağ University, Uludağ OSB Regional Directorate, the project of installing aqueous
filters in stenter chimneys and efficiency studies were carried out.
• Investment of 3 air jets in the production line of the dyeing factory,
• It was decided to invest in 1 folding, 2 twistings, 3 ring machines, and 3 cop winders in the
production line of the spinning factory.
