MATERNITY
2018 LEAVE
2019 In the reporting year, 2 employees went on
maternity leave and 1 employee returned from
maternity leave. Under the law, maternity leave is
2020 granted for 16 weeks in our company and employ-
ees receive their salaries during this period. Our
2021 employees are informed about maternity leave
processes before birth, and their workspaces are
organized appropriately based on the areas in

weeks of maternity leave, our employees can use
their unpaid leave rights if they wish.
