                   Actions: Our qualified and talented employees at various levels of responsibility within Gülipek are chosen
                   as the suggestion of the month by evaluating their suggestions on environmental, occupational health and
                   safety, and business development issues based on the gains and benefits they will provide. The Board of
                   Directors implements a reward and appreciation strategy for the employee who submits the proposal of
                   the month chosen by the Commission in the project, which is an example of good practice.
