Since the textile industry, of which
Gülipek Tekstil is a part, is a sector
that is predominately made up of
women, women are made a part
of the workplace culture with the
motto “women have a place in
business life!” by promoting gender
equality in order to financially
empower our female employees
and support them in their
professional lives.
The ideals of “equal pay, equal voice” are
implemented and developed based on equality,
irrespective of gender, religion, language, or race.
All our employees are given equal opportunity,
differences are recognized with the understanding
that each person has distinct abilities and
experience, and a working atmosphere that allows
for the expression of talents and viewpoints is
