EMPLOYMENT
In 2021, 42% of our employees who worked at our AINAB
companies were recruited from the community.
For the Dyeing plant and Weaving factory, which
are located in the Kestel district, and the Spinning ILIT
factory, which is located in the Osmangazi district,
employment data is based on people who reside in Y REPO
the Gürsu and Kestel districts.
